Sorry for the long wait to this post but it his here and ready to roll.
The scout is the fastest class in the TF2 game and is good for getting into the enemy lines and getting behind it too. He has a wide variety of weapons and his special ability is to double jump. He also has the ability to 'bonk' enemies which makes them defenceless for a period of time. He can capture the control points really fast and push payloads double speed.
A brief description of the scout:
We will get into the weapons later but lets talk about the scout and where he is from. The scout is a fast talking baseball fan from Boston, Massachusetts. He is armed with a scattergun, pistol and a baseball bat.
This is the scouts emblem in Team Fortress 2.
It is a shoe (with wings ) and that's because he is really fast...duh. His beta emblem is a shoe with wings and some speed lines behind which looks awesome and the scouts name is unknown too.
Ok now we have covered the background information about the scout lets talk about the scouts weapons.
His Stock primary loadout is the default scattergun. It does 60 damage as its base and 180 damage as a crit killing most classes in two shots but it depends on the distance between you and your target because it has some bulletspread.
The Force a Nature is a Unlockable weapon for the scout. It has only 2 shots instead of 6 but it applies a knockback effect that allow you to do a force jump like another jump so your jump can be put to good use. The force a Natures base damage is 65 and its crit does 195.
The shortstop is a primary peppergun for the scout and is part of the 'milkman' set that gives you extra max health. This weapon has a faster firing speed and does 100% more damage which is absolutely insane. Unfortunately it takes longer to reload but it has a clip based reload which is good.
The soda popper is a craftable weapon for the scout. On the HUD there is a hype meter that will come on and once you have filled it just by running around doing scout stuff you get mini crits. You can switch to your secondary weapon to stop the hype meter and then use it effectively against enemies. It has a faster firing speed but only has 2 shots loaded like the force a nature.This is part of the No. 1# Fan set.
The final primary weapon for the scout is the Baby Faces Blaster. This weapon will take of 35% of your movement speed so you will become the 3rd slowest class in the game. But not for long! The baby faces Blaster has a boost meter that will increase each time you shoot somebody with either your primary, secondary or melee you can increase your boost meter. This allow you to go as fast as a car! No, not really. But instead of going your normal 133% you can go at 173% which is absolutely insane.
This is the scouts default secondary weapon. It is a pistol that shoots quite fast and is good for picking of people at long range. Its base is 15 and its crit is 45 which is not much but the rounds get into the air quickly which would ruin someones day. A reskin of the pistol is the Lugermorph.
Bonk atomic punch is a soft drink can secondary drink for the scout. ( A bit of a mouthful ). This allows you to be immune to all damage except knockbacks for 8 seconds. This can be extremely helpful in dealing with CTF maps. If you have the sandman or the atomizer you can still taunt and kill someone.
The crit a cola is a soft drink can for the secondary slot for the scout. ( A bit better :D) This allows you to have mini crits on your weapon but all damage you take is mini crits too. Also while under this affect your movement speed increases so it is a good pair with the Baby faces blaster.
Mad milk is a throwable non milk substance for the scout. This can quench the flames of you and your team-mates. Also when you throw it and it cover someone then when you or your team shoots is you will get back 60% of the damage as health. Pyros can reflect the milk back at you.
The winger is a pistol for the scout. This weapon is one of those sort of gimmick weapons that not many people use but it is still better then nothing. It deals 15% more damage but has only 5 shots in the clip so it is better firing more rounds then having less bullets. This is part of the No 1# Fan set for the scout. Its base is 17 and crit is 52.
The pretty boys pocket pistol is a great weapon to use for the scout. You never take falling damage which is awesome and you get +15 health. Unfortunately you have more fire vulnerability so stay away from pyros! Its base is 15 and crit is 45.
And the final secondary item for the scout is the flying guillotine which is a really good weapon with the sandman. It does 50 damage normally and does a mini-crit at long range. It doesn't just happen like 20 meters or feet it is around 70 to 80 so you can only get mini-crits if it is on the other side of the map. ( i might be exaggerating ). But if the person is stunned it does 150 damage no matter what range. And the good thing is it recharges in 5 seconds which is not much time so you can stun someone at long range and the sandman can stun for up to 7 seconds so stun them and then whip out the cleaver and hit them and then after 5 seconds it is charged again!!
The scout default melee item is the bat. This does 35 damage and the crit is 105. Reskins of the bat are... frying pan, concientious objector, freedom staff, bat outta hell, memory maker, ham shank and the saxxy which turns enemies into gold.
And this is the holy mackrel. The kill feed broadcasts every succesful hit because it is humiliating getting hit by a fish. A reskin is the Unarmed Combat.
The sandman is a ranged/melee weapon. On right click or Alt+Fire it allows you to hit a ball that stuns enemies for up to 7 seconds. Also this weapon has a minus 15 health penalty and the ball can be picked up too. Or recharged over a 15 second period. The bat's damage is 35 and the crit is 105. The balls damage is 15 and the crit is 45.
The candy can is a very useful item in the game. Every time you kill someone primary, secondary or melee it drops a small health pack for you to pick up. But also your team mates and your enemies can pick it up. Base is 35 and crit is 105.
The boston basher is the careful mans bat. On hit to your enemies you cause them to bleed for 5 seconds but on miss it causes you bleed for 5 seconds. This doesn't have to hit an enemy to stop you from hitting yourself. You can his walls, ceilings and floors too and you won't hit yourself. A reskin is the three rune blade.
The sun on the stick is a other class reliant weapon. It has 100% crit against burning enemies. But against players that are not burning this weapon deals 25% less damage which is ok. Its base is 26 and crit is 79 and you still get random crits.
The fan of war is a butterfly. When you hit someone with this weapon their is a skull that appears above their heads and all damage they take will be mini crits. If you get a spy and he cloaks there will still be a sign above his head so you can see him. Its base is 4 and its crit is 11. It deals 90% less damage.
The atomizer is part of the number 1# fan set. This weapon allows you to do triple jumps except they cost 10 health. It does 20% less damage to players but it allows you to do triple jump and that alone is the reason you put this weapon on. This weapon also has the homerun taunt.
This is the Wrap Assasin. It is basically a reskin from the sandman except on Alt+Fire it launches a christmas ornament at your target that damages and has a bleeding effect. The bats base is 11 and the crit is 32. The ball's base damage is 15 and crit is 45. The bat deals 70% less damage. The good upside from the sandman is it doesn't give you the health penalty.
